Common questions
Where is my data stored?
Everything you log stays on your device. TummyTrail has no servers, no accounts, and no cloud — your health data never leaves your phone. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I back up my data?
Because data is stored on-device, it’s included in your phone’s system backup (iCloud Backup on iOS, Google backup on Android) if you have that enabled. Restoring your phone from a backup restores your TummyTrail data with it.
I got a new phone — how do I move my data?
Restore your new phone from your old phone’s system backup during setup, and your TummyTrail data comes along. There is no account to sign into.
How do I manage or cancel my Premium subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by us:
- iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → TummyTrail
- Android: Google Play app → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → TummyTrail
Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store you purchased through: Apple refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google refunds via Google Play order history. If you hit a wall, email us and we’ll point you in the right direction.
How do I delete all my data?
In the App: Settings → Delete All Data. Or simply delete the App — both remove everything permanently. We cannot recover deleted data (that’s the flip side of it never touching our servers).
Reminders aren’t showing up.
Check that notifications are enabled for TummyTrail in your phone’s Settings, and that Focus/Do Not Disturb isn’t silencing them. Reminders are scheduled on-device, so no internet connection is needed.
Is TummyTrail medical advice?
No. TummyTrail is a logging tool to help you and your healthcare provider spot patterns. It does not diagnose or treat anything — always talk to a professional about your symptoms.
